Shamanic Reiki
In person and virtual healing sessions
We are a latticework of energies; these energies shape how we feel, think, and live. Energy work is a holistic practice that uses energy to positively impact the body, mind, and non-physical self. It has been shown to produce dramatic shifts in healing and one’s capacity to recognize our healing.
Reiki is one form of energy work that alleviates physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual conditions, as well as offering an overall sense of balance and wellness. Reiki moves and redirects the life force energy inherently present in our bodies to relieve stress; reduce anxiety and pain; increase energy; boost the immune system; and balance the physical, mental, and emotional states.
I offer both in-person and distance (virtual) reiki sessions.
What is a Reiki session like?
We begin with a few moments of conversation and thoughtful listening with questions to bring clarity and precision to the intention for the session. We move to the treatment room where you will lie down, fully clothed, and get comfortable and warm. Reiki can be both hands on hands hovering while I move around the body and energy field. While the reiki session is underway, I will also do biofield tuning. At the end of the session, we will talk about the experience and any realizations and remembering that you had. I will add my insights, intuitions, thoughts, and practical offerings to amplify the healing post-session. I will also draw from a rich range of disciplines and practices including her studies and practice in multiple energy healing traditions, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shamanism, oracle decks, astrology, yoga and mindfulness to create a truly holistic healing experience each session.
If the session is distance, I will send zoom link prior.
Complete session time is 75 minutes. Cost: $150
