We are a body of energy and all matter is made up of particles that are fundamentally energy. Our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, sensations are all manifestations of energy!
The Energy Coaching Package is designed for clients looking for a more intensive and amplified transformation through energy healing. This program lasts a minimum of three months during which I work intimately with clients. I will create a bespoke healing program, drawing on my multidisciplinary expertise and approaches; one session may call for Shamanic Reiki, the next an Access Bars session or a Shamanic healing.
Schedule of sessions:
Initial Consult: A two hour session to understand deeply the clients challenges, intentions and goals for the three months. This session will include a healing.
Week One: An hour session for a check in and healing.
Every two weeks: We will meet for 90 minutes or so for discussion, integration, and a healing.
In addition to our scheduled meetings, I will be available for ongoing, real time, consultation via text or voice memo. You may text or leave a voice memo and I will respond as soon as possible (always within 24 hours) with support which might include a meditation, a ritual, a practice, or just some reflection on the message. How often you engage with me in this is up to you!!
