Enter the cosmic portal of transformation, alchemy, and visioning inside the energy of this new moon and Uranus staging direct. After discussing the energies and opportunities of this week and new moon, we will do five practices (master number of change) for 8 minutes each (the number of infinity and manifesting through the zero point) that build upon one another. Starting with a sacred mirror practice connecting to our soul’s truth and ending with a meditation for Mother Earth, we will journey through these practices with intention and space for following intuition and divine guidance.

On zoom- about one hour to 75 minutes.

You will need a small hand held mirror, can be a cosmetic mirror. Two small stones or rocks and a space to do a movement meditation and to lie down. A journal if you would like.
